The Council of Governments of the Central Naugatuck Valley is located in the former Waterbury Savings Bank Building at 60 North Main Street on The Green in Downtown Waterbury, Connecticut.
Our offices are located on the 3rd floor of the former Waterbury Savings Bank Building and are accessible via elevators in the North Lobby.
The entrance to the parking lot is off Phoenix Avenue.

IMPORTANT: During business hours please inform the security guard you are visiting COGCNV and that your vehicle is parked in the lot. Failure to check in with the guard may result in the vehicle being towed at your expense.
From East (Cheshire/Hartford):
I-84 to Downtown Waterbury exit (Exit 22)
At light, left onto Union Street
At 4th light, right onto South Main Street
Go through 3 lights — street becomes North Main Street at the Green
Right onto Phoenix Avenue — first right beyond the Green
Right into first driveway — parking lot for the former Waterbury Savings Bank Building
From West (Middlebury/Danbury):
I-84 to Downtown Waterbury exit (Exit 22)
At 2nd light, left onto South Main Street
Go through 4 lights — street becomes North Main Street at the Green
Right onto Phoenix Avenue — first right beyond the Green
Right into first driveway — parking lot for the former Waterbury Savings Bank Building
From South (Route 8 - Naugatuck/Beacon Falls)
Route 8 to I-84 East
Take Exit 22 and follow directions for "From West (Middlebury/Danbury)"
From North (Route 8 - Thomaston)
Route 8 to West Main Street exit (exit 34) in Waterbury
Left at light onto West Main Street
Bear left beyond the statute, just before the Green, and continue on West Main Street
Left onto North Main Street at the end of the Green
Right onto Phoenix Avenue — first right beyond the Green
Right into first driveway — parking lot for the former Waterbury Savings Bank Building
