COGCNV updated the public participation plan (PPP) and Title VI Policy Statement to encourage public involvement in the transportation planning process and to ensure that no person is excluded from participating in the process on the basis of race, color, or national origin.

It is the policy of the Council to encourage participation in the metropolitan transportation planning process so that residents and interested groups have the opportunity to provide valuable insight in planning decisions and programming activities.
